It's nice to be doing this seemingly insignificant challenge.  Every day I model something new.  Doesnt matter what.  Just something.  A single object.  Could be complex, could be simple.  It's gotten me to hone some skills, take some steps in directions I havent gone before.  Only a third of the way done.  Now that I'm submitting stuff on a regular basis, I'll be here more, and wont have 5k+ notifications waiting for me  O.O

...So I got one of those BlackBerry Z10 things.   It is absolutely crazy amazing. That being said, I need to put it down and start back on my latest robot creation.   Tho I'm having problems with the upper arms...  I just cant think of a way to make them steampunk-ish and have them connect to the shoulder correctly. I'm pretty much done with the body for now, I have to hammer out the details on legs,  and the eyestalk might be redone. If I was building a steampunk robot that was designed for construction, what kind of things would you expect it to be detailed with?

Been busy with work and working magic with computers.  Havent done as much blendering as I would like. Have any ideas?  Lemme know.   I'm kinda unmotivated, but want to get into it again.

thanks for the fav ;)
thanks for the fav!
Of course.  That's a brilliant use of the particle system.  I'd love to see how you did it.  but I just love it as a background
Oh, that´s easy. Use a picture you like and use it to control the velocity of the particles. Then use the same pic to colorize the particles. Have fun! :)
